Cook it up with veggies & seasonings (I use onions & garlic salt) then bag it in family sized portions (or whatever size suits you). I always test the temperature to make sure it's safe to eat. You don't mess with e coli, right?
Freeze for use whenever you want! I come home from work, throw one of these in a frying pan and use it for hamburger helper, spaghetti, tacos - whatever! Done-zo!
